Paid Apps VS Free Apps

For both the iTunes App store and Android Google Play, making money from paid applications is becoming more difficult. All the more, it is quite a feat in the competitive world of app rankings if the app was able to be on top or the most in demand.
However, regardless of how well the app ranks on the charts, it doesn't guarantee higher sales especially for the paid applications.

Are users now spend less money on applications? According to the latest statistics from analytics companies such as App Annie Distimo, app revenues for Apple's App Store and Google Play continue to be on the rise. However, people nowadays opt to avail the in-app pruchases.Users think that rather than buying an app upfront, they prefer in-app purchase, or IAP that could unlock special features or extra levels, removes ads, adds additional stylistic themes and the like.
But uyes, it is appparent that ther are FREE apps out there that has the similar, or even better features than the paid ones. Another thing is that, there are growing numbers of developers or even hackers trying to make the paid apps for free.
